What is your favourite class to teach?
I like to teach because when I see the Dragons and little dragons train it makes me remember what my very first class was like and how daunting it was. I love to see the excitement on the children’s faces when they come to the class, get their belts or attend school functions.
What’s your greatest achievement in classes’?
My greatest achievement in classes is knowing that I have self-control. I don’t have to react to situations and having a sense of calmness in challenging situations. I know I can protect myself and I don’t need to be scared to give my opinion.
How do you incorporate training and martial arts into your daily life?
Martial arts is a way of life. It transpires into all of my life. The way I treat people, the way I carry myself, and my self-confidence. Having an attitude of gratitude and followed with respect for all. I focus at school, at home and can note when it’s time to be a teenager.
